Privacy policy

• Account data: your email address, your role (cleaning company or buyer), the service area ZIP code you enter and the plan you choose.
• Company and bid data you add to your account: company details, service areas, production and wage rates, proposals, prices and bid outcomes.
• Job data posted by buyers: facility type, square footage, frequency, scope, location and contact details for the job.
• Billing data: plan, billing period and payment status. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and never stored on our servers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, the page where you signed up and campaign parameters in the link you used.
• Calculator inputs: the values you enter in the bid calculator, processed in your browser to show the estimate.

• To create your account and confirm your email with a one-time code.
• To deliver the service: match contract requests to service areas, calculate bid prices, generate proposals and send alerts.
• To bill your subscription and send receipts.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fake signups, and limit repeated attempts.
• To answer your messages and send service emails about your account.
• To improve the site using aggregated usage data.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use third-party advertising pixels.

Where data protection laws require a legal basis, we rely on the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running and securing the service, compliance with legal obligations such as tax and accounting rules, and your consent where we ask for it.

• Buyers and cleaning companies: when you respond to a request, the buyer receives your proposal and the business contact details in it. When a buyer posts a job, matched cleaning companies receive the job details.
• Service providers that host the site, send email and process card payments for us, under contracts that limit their use of the data to providing their service.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

Your pricing data, rates and margins are never shown to other subscribers or to buyers.

We keep account data while your account is active. After you close your account we delete or anonymize it within 90 days, except billing records we must keep for tax and accounting purposes. Unconfirmed signups are deleted after 30 days.

Depending on where you live, you can ask for access to your data, a copy of it, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or object to processing, and you can withdraw consent at any time. California residents have the rights given by the CCPA, including the right to know and to delete, and we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use cookies that are needed for the site to work, such as the session cookie and the security token for forms. We use first-party measurement of page views and signups without third-party advertising cookies.

Data travels over encrypted connections, access to production systems is limited to people who need it, and confirmation codes are stored as hashes. No system is perfectly secure, and if a breach affects your data we notify you as the law requires.

When we change this policy we update the date at the top. Material changes are announced by email to account holders before they apply.
