Terms of service

• You must give a valid email address and confirm it with the code we send.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure.
• One account belongs to one company. Team seats are for people who work for that company.
• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract for the business you represent.

• Cleaning companies use Janitorial on a paid subscription: Starter, Growth or Pro billed monthly or yearly, or Enterprise on an annual contract. Prices are shown on the pricing page in USD.
• There is no free plan. The bid calculator on the site can be used without an account.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• Plan limits, such as service areas, bid responses and AI pricing runs, apply per billing period and reset with it.
• Upgrades apply right away with a prorated charge. Downgrades apply from the next billing period.
• Taxes are added where the law requires them.

You can cancel at any time in your account. The subscription stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Payments for a period that has started are not refunded, except where the law requires a refund or we fail to provide the service.

• Posting a cleaning job is at no cost to buyers.
• Buyers must post real jobs they intend to award, with accurate facility details.
• Buyers choose freely whether to accept any bid. Janitorial does not guarantee that a job receives bids.

AI bid pricing and proposal drafts are tools to help you prepare a bid. You review every price and proposal before you send it and you are responsible for the bids you submit, the prices you offer and the work you perform. Janitorial does not guarantee that any bid is accepted or that any contract is profitable.

• No false job posts, fake bids or misleading company information.
• No scraping, bulk copying or resale of the contract feed, except through the Enterprise API under its terms.
• No contacting buyers or cleaning companies for purposes unrelated to the job posted.
• No attempts to break, overload or bypass the security of the service.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

You keep ownership of the content you add, including your rates, proposals and job posts. You give Janitorial the rights needed to host it and deliver the service, such as showing your proposal to the buyer you send it to. Your pricing data is never shown to other subscribers.

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Janitorial is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost contracts, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms. When we do, we update the date at the top and tell account holders by email before material changes apply. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
