GetCleanWork review in short
We read CleanWork's own site in October 2026 and set its published terms against what a commercial cleaning owner usually needs from a lead tool. We did not find a Trustpilot profile for getcleanwork.com or an independent review with a rating we could check, so this review rests on what the company publishes, not on borrowed star ratings.
The short version: CleanWork is cheap to start and gives you a lot of prospecting tools for the money. What you buy is mostly the means to chase buildings, not buildings that came to you. That difference decides whether it is a good purchase for your company.
- Low entry price. Starter is 25 USD a month, less than most bid or lead tools in this market.
- Wide opportunity types. The feed covers standard commercial work, city and state bids, subcontracts, construction cleanup and short-term rental (Airbnb) cleaning.
- Outreach built in. Paid plans include decision maker search, lead lists, automated cold emails, follow-up flows and an email verifier.
- Credits limit the real volume. Credits unlock a contact's email, social profiles and phone number, and the plan page does not say how many credits one unlock costs.
- No bid pricing or proposals. The opportunity pages give you the details to reach out and quote, but we found no estimator or proposal builder.
CleanWork pricing, plan by plan
These are the published prices and credit allowances on getcleanwork.com in October 2026. Yearly prices save about 30 percent.
| Plan | Monthly | Yearly | Credits | Main limits |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 0 USD | 0 USD | 50, one time | 1 opportunity per 30 days, 1 lead list of up to 50 leads, 3 saved opportunities |
| Starter | 25 USD | 210 USD | 500 a month | Unlimited opportunities and lead lists, cold email |
| Pro | 55 USD | 462 USD | 1,200 a month | Same tools, more credits |
| Growth | 99 USD | 831.60 USD | 2,450 a month | Same tools, more credits |
| Big Business | 195 USD | 1,632 USD | 5,000 a month | Same tools, more credits |
The tiers differ only by credits. Every paid plan includes unlimited opportunities, decision maker search, unlimited lead lists, automated cold emails, follow-up flows, the email verifier and CleanWork's AI workers. Two extras cost more: the Dexter website builder at 25 USD a month or 210 USD a year, and exclusive leads, which paid subscribers get at 10 percent off a price the site does not publish.
How much does CleanWork cost per month?
CleanWork costs 25 USD a month on Starter, 55 on Pro, 99 on Growth and 195 on Big Business, or 210 to 1,632 USD a year on annual billing. The plans differ only in monthly credits, from 500 to 5,000. Exclusive leads and the Dexter website are billed on top.
What the credits really buy
Credits are the part of the price that matters, because opportunities are unlimited but contacts are not. A credit spend unlocks a lead's email, social profiles and phone number. CleanWork's plan page does not state how many credits one contact costs, so ask before you pick a tier, and work out your price per contact from the answer.
Here is why it matters. Cold email to facility managers converts slowly. Owners who prospect this way usually need hundreds of contacts to book a handful of walkthroughs, and a handful of walkthroughs to sign one building. If an unlock costs several credits, Starter's 500 credits a month may cover far fewer decision makers than the number suggests, and the real plan you need is Pro or Growth.
The other cost is time. Lead lists and sequences only produce meetings if someone writes the emails, cleans the list and answers replies. CleanWork's AI workers are meant to take part of that load, but the owner still runs the campaign. If you have an office manager or a salesperson, that is fine. If you clean buildings at night and quote during the day, it is the part that usually stops.
CleanWork compared with other ways to get commercial cleaning contracts
Owners rarely choose between CleanWork and nothing. They choose between ways of finding work. We checked these prices on each vendor's own site between September and October 2026.
| Option | Published price | What you get | Bid pricing and proposals | Who does the selling |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| CleanWork | 25 to 195 USD a month, credits | Opportunity feed, contact unlocks, cold email | No | You, by email and phone |
| Janitorial Leads Pro | From 150 USD per set appointment, packs of 10 to 50 | Booked walkthroughs | No | The vendor books, you close |
| FindRFP | 19.95 to 29.95 USD a month | Public bid notices | No | You, by formal bid |
| CleanGuru | 79 to 159 USD a month | Bidding, invoicing, scheduling | Yes | You find the building |
| Janitorial | 79 USD a month on Starter | Requests from buildings in your area, each priced by AI | Yes | The building asked for a price |

Is CleanWork worth it for a cleaning company?
CleanWork is worth it if you will run cold outreach every week and want the cheapest way to get a contact list and email tool aimed at cleaning buyers. At 25 to 55 USD a month it costs less than one set appointment. If nobody on your team will send and answer those emails, the credits go unused.
A practical way to decide:
- You already prospect by email or phone. CleanWork gives you lists and sequences for less than most sales tools. Start on Starter and move up only when you run out of credits.
- You want buildings that are ready to buy. Pay for requests from buildings that asked for a price, or for booked walkthroughs, rather than for contacts.
- You win work but lose time pricing it. Spend on bid pricing and proposals first. A faster, clearer bid wins more of the walkthroughs you already get.
- You clean short-term rentals or construction sites. CleanWork lists those opportunity types, while most commercial contract feeds, ours included, focus on recurring commercial and public-sector buildings.
Once a building signs, the next job is keeping the agreement, the renewal date and the price increase clause in one place; a contract management tool that tracks renewal dates does that better than a folder of PDFs.
Where Janitorial fits instead of CleanWork
Janitorial works from the other end. Offices, medical offices, schools, bank branches, churches and property managers post their cleaning jobs, and each request goes to the cleaning companies whose service area and facility types match it, already priced by AI from square footage, frequency and local labor cost. You do not buy contacts or run campaigns, and there are no credits: Starter is 79 USD a month or 468 USD a year for one service area, with every request in that area included. You bid from the same screen and send a proposal with your logo the same evening. See what a request looks like on the commercial cleaning leads page, or open a niche with steady five-night work such as medical office cleaning contracts.
GetCleanWork reviews, common questions
Is getcleanwork.com legit?
CleanWork is a working subscription product with a public pricing page, a free tier and paid plans from 25 USD a month. We did not find a Trustpilot profile or a rated independent review in October 2026, so judge it on the free tier: check whether the opportunities in your area are recent and real before you pay.
Does CleanWork have a free plan?
Yes. The free plan includes 50 one-time credits, one opportunity view per 30 days, one lead list of up to 50 leads and three saved opportunities, with no credit card. It is enough to see the product, not to run outreach, which needs a paid plan.
What do CleanWork credits pay for?
Credits unlock a lead's contact details: email, social profiles and phone number. Opportunities and lead lists are unlimited on paid plans, so credits are what limits how many decision makers you can actually reach. The pricing page does not state how many credits one unlock uses.
Are CleanWork leads exclusive?
Regular opportunities are not sold as exclusive. CleanWork sells exclusive leads separately, and paid subscribers get 10 percent off them, but the site does not publish their price. Ask for the per-lead price and whether a no-show or a fake lead is replaced before you buy.
What is a good alternative to CleanWork?
It depends on what you lack. For booked walkthroughs, an appointment setter such as Janitorial Leads Pro from 150 USD each. For public bids, FindRFP from 19.95 USD a month. For requests from buildings in your area that arrive already priced, with no credits, Janitorial from 79 USD a month.
