BidPrime pricing for cleaning companies and what each plan gets you

BidPrime does not publish a price list. It sells three plans, Enhanced, Expert and Enterprise, by quote after a demo, and comparison pages report small-business subscriptions from about 399 USD a year for a narrow setup to 2,300 to 3,000 USD for regional coverage. A 30-day trial is reported on every plan. For a cleaning company, BidPrime pays off only when you bid public custodial contracts every month across several agencies.

Price a solicitation before you pay for alerts

A bid alert service earns its fee only on contracts you win at a margin. Take the square footage, facility type and nights per week from any custodial solicitation BidPrime sends you, enter them with your state, and the estimator returns labor hours per visit, crew size and a monthly price range with supplies, overhead and margin on separate lines. If the incumbent's price on the bid tab sits well below your number, skip that bid.

BidPrime pricing in short

Cleaning company owner comparing public bid listings on a laptop in a small office

We tried to read BidPrime's pricing page in October 2026. The site answers automated checks with an error, and the page shows a demo form instead of prices, so every number below comes from third parties and is labeled that way. Here is what a cleaning company owner should know before the sales call.

  • There are three plans. Enhanced is the entry plan with basic bid alerts and a monthly cap on bid documents (reported at 30 a month). Expert raises the document cap (reported at 60) and adds full-text search inside bid specifications. Enterprise adds custom setup and an account manager.
  • Prices are quoted, not listed. Coverage (one state, a region or national), the number of users and the document cap move the quote.
  • Reported small-business prices run from about 399 USD a year for a narrow single-user setup to 2,300 to 3,000 USD for regional coverage. Larger team accounts are reported higher.
  • BidPrime is sold as a yearly subscription. Read the renewal clause in the order form before you sign, and put the renewal date in your calendar.
  • A 30-day trial without a card is reported by two independent comparison pages. Use it to count real janitorial solicitations, not to browse.

BidPrime scores 4.7 out of 5 from 55 reviews on Trustpilot (checked October 2026), and reviewers there mostly praise value and alert speed.

BidPrime plans and reported prices side by side

BidPrime confirms prices only on a call. The figures in this table are third-party reports and comparison pages read in October 2026. Ask for the quote in writing, with the renewal price, before you pay.

Plan What it is reported to include Reported price Fits a cleaning company that
Enhanced Federal, state and local bid alerts by keyword, about 30 bid documents a month From about 399 USD a year for a narrow setup Bids a few city and school custodial jobs in one or two states
Expert Everything in Enhanced, about 60 documents a month, search inside bid specifications Reported up to 2,300 to 3,000 USD a year for regional coverage Bids every month and wants to find janitorial scope buried in facility maintenance RFPs
Enterprise Custom coverage, several users, account manager Quoted separately, reported higher Runs a business development team across many states

How much does BidPrime cost?

BidPrime costs roughly 399 to 3,000 USD a year for a small business, according to third-party comparison pages, because the vendor sells by quote and does not publish prices. The final price depends on the plan (Enhanced, Expert or Enterprise), how many states you cover, how many users you add and how many bid documents you download each month.

What a cleaning company actually gets from BidPrime

BidPrime collects public bids from federal, state and local agencies and sends the ones that match your keywords. For a janitorial company that means custodial services for city halls, libraries, police and fire stations, school districts, community colleges, transit facilities and housing authorities, mixed with purchases of paper goods, chemicals and floor machines that you will filter out.

Its strength for cleaning work is document access. A school district rarely titles a solicitation "janitorial". It posts a facility services RFP with custodial work in section 4, and full-text search inside the specifications (Expert plan) finds it. Once you have the 90-page solicitation, an AI document extraction tool can pull the walkthrough date, square footage table and insurance limits into one sheet so your estimator does not read every page twice.

Public bids come with paperwork a private building never asks for: bid bonds on larger contracts, insurance certificates naming the agency, references from accounts of similar size, prevailing wage rules on some contracts and signed affidavits. Award usually goes to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, so the price has to be tight and complete.

What BidPrime costs per contract you win

The subscription is small next to one award. A 25,000 sq ft school building cleaned five nights a week prices at about 5,750 to 6,750 USD a month in Texas on our estimator, so one win covers a year of BidPrime in days. The real cost is the estimator hours you spend on bids you lose.

Bids submitted per year Typical win rate on public bids Contracts won At 800 USD a year At 2,000 USD a year
6 1 in 10 0 to 1 800 USD or more per win 2,000 USD or more per win
12 1 in 8 1 to 2 400 to 800 USD 1,000 to 2,000 USD
24 1 in 6 4 about 200 USD about 500 USD
48 1 in 5 9 to 10 about 85 USD about 210 USD

The win rates are planning assumptions for a company new to public work, not BidPrime data. Each public bid also takes 4 to 12 hours for the walkthrough, the forms and the price, so the number that decides is how many solicitations your team can staff, not the subscription price.

Is BidPrime worth it for a cleaning company?

BidPrime is worth it for a cleaning company that bids public custodial contracts at least monthly in several states and needs to find janitorial scope inside larger facility RFPs. If you bid a handful of local jobs a year, a single-state alert service or an agency's own portal does the same job for less.

Where Janitorial fits next to BidPrime

BidPrime lists public bids. Most cleaning revenue comes from private buildings that never publish a solicitation: offices, clinics, banks, stores, gyms and warehouses. On Janitorial those buildings post cleaning requests at no cost, and each one reaches your feed with square footage, frequency, the service window and a monthly price range already calculated. Private owners usually sign within two or three weeks, with no bid bond and no sealed envelope.

Starter is 79 USD a month or 468 USD a year for one service area. Growth at 199 USD a month or 1,188 USD a year covers three areas and adds a public-sector feed with city, county, school district, state and federal janitorial RFPs matched to your area and NAICS code 561720, plus an AI proposal builder. Paid yearly, Starter at 468 USD sits near the low end of the reported BidPrime range and Growth at 1,188 USD near the middle, with every request priced for you. See how public work arrives on the government cleaning contracts page, or the school cleaning contracts page for districts and charters.

BidPrime pricing, common questions

Is BidPrime free?

No. BidPrime is a paid subscription with no permanent free tier. A 30-day trial is reported by comparison pages, after which you need a quoted Enhanced, Expert or Enterprise plan. If you want public bids at no cost, SAM.gov lists federal work and the BidNet Direct Basic tier lists member agency bids.

How much is BidPrime per month?

BidPrime is sold as a yearly subscription, so there is no published monthly price. Reported small-business prices of about 399 to 3,000 USD a year work out to roughly 33 to 250 USD a month. Ask the sales rep for the yearly total, the renewal price and the document cap in writing.

What is the difference between BidPrime Enhanced and Expert?

Enhanced is the entry plan with bid alerts and a lower monthly limit on bid documents, reported at 30. Expert raises that limit, reported at 60, and adds search inside bid specifications, which helps a cleaning company find custodial scope inside general facility RFPs. Enterprise adds custom coverage and an account manager.

Does BidPrime have janitorial bids?

Yes. BidPrime collects custodial and janitorial service bids from cities, counties, school districts, colleges and federal agencies, along with purchases of cleaning supplies and equipment. Set keywords such as custodial, janitorial and facility services, then count how many service contracts reach you during the trial before you pay.

Is there a cheaper alternative to BidPrime for cleaning companies?

For federal work, SAM.gov costs nothing. FindRFP covers public bids from 19.95 USD a month and BidNet Direct from 100 USD a month for one state. If you mainly want private commercial accounts, Janitorial lists cleaning requests in your area from 79 USD a month, with the price already calculated.
