Service Autopilot pricing and cost for cleaning companies by plan

Service Autopilot costs 49 USD a month on Startup, 199 USD on Pro and 499 USD on Pro Plus, and Elite is priced by quote. Those are annual subscription rates from Service Autopilot's own pricing page, and every paid plan adds a sign-up fee the page does not state. It is field service software built mostly for lawn care and residential crews; for a commercial cleaning company it schedules and invoices work, but it does not price janitorial bids or bring new contracts.

Price the building before you pay for software to run it

Scheduling software pays off once you have recurring buildings on the route. If you are still filling it, price the contracts you are chasing first. Enter the cleanable square footage, the facility type, the visits per week and your state, and the estimator returns labor hours per visit, crew size and a monthly price range with supplies, overhead and margin on separate lines. No account needed.

Service Autopilot pricing in short

Cleaning company owner reviewing subscription options on a laptop in his office

We read Service Autopilot's pricing page and its cleaning software page in October 2026. Here is what a cleaning company owner should know before the demo call.

  • Four plans. Startup, Pro and Pro Plus have list prices; Elite says contact for pricing.
  • Prices are annual rates. The page labels every price as based on an annual subscription, so expect a yearly commitment or a higher month-to-month rate. Ask which one your quote is.
  • A sign-up fee comes on top. The page shows a sign-up fee next to each plan without the amount. CostBench, a third-party price tracker, lists 97 USD for Startup. Get the exact fee in writing.
  • Users are capped by plan. Startup includes 1 business user and 1 mobile user, Pro 1 and 2, Pro Plus 1 and 5, Elite 2 and 8.
  • Features stack. Each plan includes everything in the plan below it, and QuickBooks integration and the client portal appear under Elite in the plan descriptions.

Service Autopilot plans and prices side by side

Prices and limits below are from Service Autopilot's own pricing page. The yearly totals are our arithmetic from the monthly rate, before the sign-up fee and taxes.

Plan Monthly price on annual terms Yearly total Users included What the plan adds
Startup 49 USD 588 USD 1 business, 1 mobile Scheduling and dispatch, invoicing and integrated payments, expense tracking, customer and lead management
Pro 199 USD 2,388 USD 1 business, 2 mobile Multi-day jobs, route optimization, dispatch calendar, job costing and analysis, asset and employee tracking, custom reports
Pro Plus 499 USD 5,988 USD 1 business, 5 mobile Automations and workflows, marketplace add-ons, training content
Elite By quote By quote 2 business, 8 mobile Two-way texting, email integration, smart maps, client portal, QuickBooks integration, onboarding specialists, multi-location management

How much does Service Autopilot cost per month?

Service Autopilot costs 49 USD a month on Startup, 199 USD on Pro and 499 USD on Pro Plus, based on annual subscription rates, plus a one-time sign-up fee. Elite is quoted. The price per mobile user is about 49 USD on Startup and about 100 USD on Pro and Pro Plus, so crews with many field users pay most.

What a commercial cleaning company actually gets

Service Autopilot's cleaning page sells quick estimates priced from your own numbers, custom forms with conditional logic that separate residential and commercial clients, customizable service plans and appointment scheduling. That fits a company running recurring visits: a maid service, a carpet cleaner, a window crew, or a janitorial company with a stable list of buildings.

Startup at 49 USD is enough to put recurring buildings on a calendar and invoice them. The jump to Pro at 199 USD is mostly about routing and job costing, which matters for crews driving between many sites a day, less for a janitorial crew that cleans the same three buildings every night. Pro Plus at 499 USD buys automations, and Elite is where the client portal and the QuickBooks integration sit.

That last point deserves a check before you buy. If your books are in QuickBooks and you stay on Startup or Pro, ask how invoices and payments reach your ledger, because otherwise someone re-keys them. Some owners keep a cheaper plan and use bank reconciliation software that matches each deposit to your books instead of paying for a higher tier only for the sync.

What Service Autopilot pricing does not include

Service Autopilot runs the work you already have. On its cleaning page and plan list there is no janitorial bidding module priced by production rate, no proposal builder written for commercial buildings and no source of new contracts. An estimate priced from your own numbers is useful for a 2-hour residential visit; a nightly office contract still needs square footage, production rates, crew size and local wages worked out before you quote.

Two smaller points to raise on the call. First, ask whether the annual price is paid upfront or monthly, and what happens at renewal. Second, ask what onboarding costs on each plan, because the onboarding and training specialists are listed under Elite.

Service Autopilot pricing compared with janitorial software

Commercial cleaning owners usually compare Service Autopilot with tools built for janitorial work. These are published prices we checked on each vendor's own site between September and October 2026.

Tool Published price Main job Janitorial bidding and proposals Brings new contracts
Service Autopilot 49, 199 or 499 USD a month on annual terms, Elite by quote, plus sign-up fee Scheduling, routing, invoicing for field service No janitorial bid module No
Swept From 30, 150 or 225 USD a month by location band Scheduling, time clock, inspections, client portal No No
CleanGuru Basic 79, Guru 129, Guru Plus 159 USD a month Bidding, invoicing, scheduling, inspections Yes No
CleanlyRun From 24.95 USD a month Bid tool Yes, unlimited bids No
Janitorial Manager Quote based, from 1,000 USD a month Full operations platform Yes No
Janitorial Starter 79 USD a month or 468 USD a year Contract request feed, AI bid pricing, proposals Yes Yes

The details for each tool are in our Swept pricing breakdown and the janitorial bidding software comparison. If CleanGuru is the other name on your shortlist, the CleanGuru alternative page sets the two side by side.

Is Service Autopilot worth it for a cleaning business?

Service Autopilot is worth it for a cleaning business that already has a full route of recurring visits and needs scheduling, routing and invoicing in one place. For a commercial janitorial company still winning its first buildings, 588 to 5,988 USD a year does more work spent on getting contracts.

A simple way to decide:

  • Mostly residential or route-based work. Service Autopilot fits; start on Startup and upgrade when routing saves real drive time.
  • Fewer than five commercial buildings. Spend on contracts first. An 8,000 sq ft office cleaned five nights a week bills about 1,700 to 2,000 USD a month in Texas, and one of those covers a year of Startup within a month.
  • Five or more nightly buildings. A janitorial tool with inspections and a time clock, such as Swept, usually fits a fixed nightly route better than routing software.
  • Bidding several buildings a month. Pair operations software with a bidding tool, because neither Service Autopilot nor Swept prices a janitorial bid from production rates.

Where Janitorial fits next to Service Autopilot

Janitorial does the part before scheduling. Offices, medical offices, schools, retail sites, bank branches, churches and property managers post their cleaning jobs, and each request reaches the cleaning companies whose service area and facility types match it, already priced by AI from square footage, frequency and local labor cost. You bid from the same screen and send a proposal with your logo that evening. Starter is 79 USD a month for one service area. Once the contract is signed, run the crew in whatever software you like. To see what the requests look like, browse commercial cleaning contracts or property management cleaning contracts, or check how the commercial cleaning calculator builds a price from labor hours.

Service Autopilot pricing, common questions

How much does Service Autopilot cost?

Service Autopilot costs 49 USD a month on Startup, 199 USD on Pro and 499 USD on Pro Plus, based on annual subscription rates, which is 588, 2,388 and 5,988 USD a year. Elite is priced by quote. A sign-up fee is added to every plan; its amount is not on the pricing page, and a third-party tracker lists 97 USD for Startup.

Does Service Autopilot have a free trial?

Service Autopilot's pricing page does not show a free plan or a self-service trial. The page leads to a demo and sign-up with a fee. Ask during the demo whether the sign-up fee is waived on an annual plan and what the cancellation terms are before you pay.

Does Service Autopilot work for commercial cleaning?

Partly. Service Autopilot schedules, routes and invoices commercial cleaning visits, and its forms can separate residential and commercial clients. It does not include a janitorial bidding module built on production rates, a commercial proposal builder or a source of new building contracts, so commercial companies often add a bidding tool.

Does Service Autopilot integrate with QuickBooks?

Yes, but the plan descriptions on Service Autopilot's pricing page list QuickBooks integration under Elite, the quote-based top plan. If you plan to stay on Startup, Pro or Pro Plus, ask on the demo how invoices and payments reach QuickBooks on that plan.

What is a cheaper alternative to Service Autopilot for janitorial companies?

For bids, CleanlyRun from 24.95 USD a month or CleanGuru from 79 USD. For scheduling and time tracking, Swept from 30 USD a month. If the real problem is not enough buildings, Janitorial at 79 USD a month sends priced commercial cleaning requests from your area.
